Just yesterday morning I heard of the passing of my comrade at work. As you know, I have worked with her for many years.
Just a few months ago she took your name in vain as we worked together. She didn’t do that very often, that I am aware of. But I confronted her. I told her you are Someone very special to me. I didn’t appreciate your name being used that way. She said she had her own private beliefs. But she thought about what came out of her mouth around me after that. Not that she didn’t slip occasionally, as you and I both know.
How quickly our time on earth passes. Now she is gone forever. I fear she may be lost forever.
